For Pulitzer Amsterdam, I produced interview-led films in collaboration with Lore Group’s Human Resources team to support recruitment and employer branding. Filmed across the hotel’s historic 17th- and 18th-century canal houses, the interviews reflect the property’s blend of quintessential Dutch elegance and contemporary craftsmanship. Through carefully considered lighting, camera, and audio, the films communicate Pulitzer Amsterdam’s culture, values, and working environment—inviting potential candidates to feel both at home and immersed in the spirit of the city.

For The Pilgrm Hotel, I filmed interviews with the owners and creative founders to capture the spirit behind this design-driven hospitality concept. Drawing on the hotel’s philosophy of curiosity, craft, and connection, the video work shines a light on the people, ideas, and authenticity that shape The Pilgrm experience. With thoughtful attention to lighting, camera movement, and sound, the films bring out the hotel’s unique visual identity and voice, offering prospective team members an engaging window into its culture, ethos, and daily life.
